$9,000 for the Furnace or $14,000 for a Furnace and a Air system. WHAT A BUNCH OF FRAUDS!!! Every Company and Person we talked to after Grapids came out told us to report them to the BBB. At most for just the Furnace should be $3,000 and at most for the Furnace and Air system should be $5,000. They were trying to get us to pay $96 for 20 YEARS!!!! We just brought our house. That means we still have ALL 30 YEARS left to pay off our house. Who in their right minds would pay 20 out of 30 years for a damn Furnace and Air system?... read more

My technician Jake was great. He explained and showed me the things that are about ready to go and how dirty my furnace was. I would definitely recommend them and Jake was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with the customer service of Grapids Heating and Cooling. They came out on a Saturday, calling twice to let me know when they would arrive. They showed me the problem with my furnace, explained different options, and made it possible to replace my furnace on Monday first thing. They left me a space heater and were willing to bring me more if I needed it. The installers were very knowledgeable, careful, and polite!!
