Grapids provided great service! The technician who came, Jake, was excellent. He took the time to walk me through everything and explain different things I didn't know about. He was also very professional and friendly. I would recommend Grapids Heating and Cooling to anyone based on the experience I had.
Jake came to do a diagnostic review of our cooling system. He was pleasant, thorough and conscientious of the quarantine issues. He was here for a good amount of time checking both the cooling and heating. We have signed up for the one year diagnostic review plan. We will also be meeting with the sales staff to discuss our aging systems. That's a review for another time. Jake was terrific.
Grapids was highly recommended and so far I am pleased. It was easy to set up the appointment. Jake was prompt, friendly and professional. His explanation re: my heating and cooling system was thorough, straightforward and easy to follow. Thank you!
I had used Grapids for what I had hoped was heated and AC maintenance for maybe three checks, so for just about a year and a half's worth of service. They convinced me their service plan was worth the cost as the 'check ups' on my various systems would be free. Now the check ups were free however they came with a laundry list of repairs each time which cost quite a bit of money of course despite the newness of both the house and the systems themselves. Grateful for selecting Grapids for heating and cooling needs. Kept our home clean warm and cool. They know what they're doing so very satisfied with service but they don't stop there. Office staff and techs are people. They reached out for additional services to help sanitize our furnace at home during this pandemic situation the whole world is under. All at no extra charge. Checked them out at Grand Rapids Home & Garden Show. Got a 90% off coupon for a furnace inspection so I had them come out. Found out furnace was manufactured in 2002 so it was at least 18 years old. Guy inspected furnance was like it's old furnace only last so long , it could last many years longer or it could die soon. Told us all the things that go go wrong and the prices to fix/clean them all to keep it going. By the time it's all said and done you might as well invest in a new furnace. I had my twice yearly maintenance check up on my Hvac system and had excellent service from Jake. He was professional and very thorough in explaining everything. I also had a premie air scrubber installed. Thank you Jake.
