Received a coupon in the mail for AC check up. Luke inspected the unit outside and in the basement. He came up with several things that were wrong, said it would cost less to replace it rather than fix it. The following day Del from GR heating came out to give me a quote, he checked out the system in the basement, did some measuring, etc. He quoted me $4500.00 which included the installation, parts warranty 10 years, labor warranty 1 year. A Grapids worker came to my home on 12/4/20 after I received a coupon for a furnace tune-up and scheduled the Co. to do one. After doing the check-up, the worker told me that I would need a new furnace very soon and my furnace and failed some of the major areas on the Checklist. I was then strongly pressured to schedule an appointment with one of Grapids' financial staff to work out finances and which furnace and, of course, an air conditioner, because it would be cheaper to get both at the same time. Rapids heating and cooling was excellent , very professional and knowledgeable!
They did a great job. They called before arriving, used shoe covering and tarps and masks in the house. Explained everything to me and reviewed the changes. Great clean up of work areas. Very nice and customer focused company. I would recommend them to others. We know our AC will be keeping us cool this summer. 😎

Tanner and Jake came out for a maintenance check off my furnace and air conditioning. Tanner was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was also very professional, but yet very personable. I enjoyed speaking with him. I would highly recommend both Tanner and Jake with Grapids Heating and Cooling.
They were here on time, show me what options I had and explain the cost and did a great job!
