I requested a $29 ac check, made an appointment, stayed home waiting for the four hour window of arrival. Approximately an hour after the four hour window, I called to check why they had not arrived. They told me they cancelled the appointment, didn’t bother to tell me, as they decided they were needed elsewhere. The person on the phone said someone should have texted me.
