Terrible ******** service. Pixel 3 is a complete lemon and Google is taking advantage of their customers with no repercussions. 5 pixels within 1 year and awful ******** service.

Purchased new Pixel 3 XL and it was defective. Google tried to send me a refurbished replacement, which seemed to be a bait and switch. Spoke with at least 7 ******** service reps, including a supervisor. They authorized a refund and I've yet to receive it. Placed a call request and never received a callback. I would rate Google zero stars if possible.

Youtube has been preventing me from making truthful statements on the Sky News youtube channel about the fact that war with Iran is something that Israel wants, that said war is unjust, and that no country, especially America, Canada, and Britain should get involved at all. Never purchase anything from the google store. It will take forever to get your money back if you have to return items. And when you email them you will not getting a respond. so you will end up waiting and waiting and then you have to go through explaining to them again to another person. Not worth it. Stay away from these people.

Incompetence that I have to pay for. I purchased a Pixel phone with the Google store financing which would have autopay on it. I set this up with their phone representative. I never received a bill and instead got late payment notifications. I called them and they said I need to setup autopay online where you need an account number which I inconveniently never received. They stated that the first autopay could never have been setup which is a little odd but I let them go through the process of setting up autopay. Figuring my... read more

Google is a joke. Google play is not honoring there cards. When you contact them they say there protecting you from fraud. They say it takes them up to 7 days to resolve the verification process. They say send them bills with your name and address and or other info to verify. First time this happened it took google almost 3 months to release my 350.00 dollars in google play money. I have purchased 4 Google Play Gift Cards (in the amount of $100 total) from legitimate grocery and pharmacy stores in Sep and Oct 2019. When trying to redeem them, they would say it would add the amount to my google play but then when you hit redeem, it would say they needed further information. I uploaded (on their form on their website) all required information, including copies of the receipts, cards, proof of identity, etc. All I have received from them is this is an ongoing problem and they have a huge backlog and they... read more

I returned an unused item, following Google's instructions/guidelines. I spend countless hours on their website attempting to get a refund. Every time I contacted them to ask for an update, I was told someone would contact me in 24-48 hours- this time frame seems to be a ploy to get customers to go away. They ended up admitting my item was lost in the warehouse, I then was forced to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges as they would not honor a refund or admit this issue was on their end.
