Trade-in process was a complete scam. Before going ahead with the process, I spoke to two reps about it before deciding to do the trade in. I was told that if I was not satisfied with the value, I could have my phone back and can send back new phone for refund. After trading in practically a new phone I was "refunded" if you want to call it that, a third of the price of what I actually paid for and my amount to pay back in financing was doubled. For some reason Google signed me up for YouTube TV. I did not know about until it showed up on my account. No one in my family used it. They canceled it for me but also took the money and ran. Basically told me I could not prove I did not let someone use my info to sign up. I do not trust the company (canceled all subscriptions so I could remove payment methods). Be careful dealing with Google.

I am trying without success to cancel a Subscription to youtube tv. cannot tell you how many hours I have spent on my computer. I am not computer illiterate and can only warn everyone to not subscribe to youtube tv unless you never intend to cancel. It now appears that I **** have to go to my bank tomorrow and see if I can block automatic monthly payment withdrawals. If that fails then I **** withdraw my balance and cancel my account. Cannot access my subscriptions through google play/pay to cancel a subscription. I go into play store and then subscriptions and a get started page comes up (none of my subscriptions are list and no way to get there to cancel any. I am completely lost in my consumer power. I have spoken to the right people to try to resolve this problem but nothing is working. They continue to take money out of my account and there is no way I can cancel a subscription. I cannot contact google via a live telephone connection. 99% of phone number I find listed online are dead ends. There were two numbers that had the same answering service, just recorded directions to select an option. I managed to navigate the system where I could leave a voice mail message. I left many messages. No one ever answers, calls me. I have a major account problem I need fixed. Many people complain about the same problem! Recently moved and Google Maps sends people to the wrong address a few blocks away. Have complained to Google several times in writing by trying to update the correct address since November 2019. While I have received confirmation of the requests, Google has not updated this very simple change. Yes, it is a pain in the *** for friends, family and deliveries, but what happens if there is some type of emergency??? Most people rely on Google Maps or Waze (owned by Google) for directions. What an absolute debacle. Hands down the worst ******** service on the planet (most likely the universe). This was my 1st time trying Google Ads, so I read through the their policies carefully and went ahead and set up a campaign, it got APPROVED. The campaign was running successfully getting plenty of views and clicks and all of the sudden just got shut down and my account was suspended.
