I am extremely livid I cannot get into my Google/Gmail account due to getting a new phone and not being able to remember current password. Password ******** will not let me access my account. And there doesn't seem to be a customer service line/anyone who will help me. I am getting notifications and codes sent to my phone number and corresponding emails but still will not let me in. Today, Google b/c of negative commentary without vulgar language on Tea Party Community, halted anyone getting on the site at this time. Their Bias and Violation of Our 1st Amendment Rights have been reported to the President and Attorney General of the United States. It's not the first and won't be the last violation they will perform, but I will pursue reporting to ACLJ and SCOTUS as this is Discriminatory, based on Our affiliation with Conservatives across the States. You tube removed Dr. Erickson's video giving factual information about COVID 19. They said it violated their community standards which is a crock! What it violated was the liberal point of view, gave President Trump some credence, and was telling the truth. The deep state is so involved in our lives, and google is the same. I used google this time to file this complaint, but don't usually because they share all the information they receive from a person with others. In June 2014 a podiatrist at Issaquah Foot and Ankle Specialists misdiagnosed a small bump on my left foot as bunion and botched the surgery. The surgery left my left foot permanently impaired and with painful sequelae. I can never wear normal shoes again. I posted a one star review for this doctor on Google in late late 2017 and updated it in January 2020 after a trip to another country for medical treatment. Their Google Ad practice is misleading and no help. They flagged my ads because of its "malicious or unwanted software." I do not sell any of that and they are flagging my ads because of what I said. It is ridiculous and they should be fined for this.

I have been patiently waiting to hear back since taking the survey that was sent to me by Google letting them know how very disappointed I am over the product that I have. I have not been able to resolve this issue other than to be told that the case is now closed I am still having issues with this phone. I was told that it is under a manufacturer's warranty until October of this year 2020 by your department. Cancelled my subscription to Google Play music. Told me it was a glitch in their system. Won't give me back my grandfathered price. They tell me I have to now pay more for the service. In today's world where everyone is trying to help people get by, along comes a greedy company like Google.

The Pixel 3a is a lemon of a product. I have had three break in three months. The first one I bought caught on fire the second day I had it. Google took it back and gave me another. The second one I got, the screen wouldn't turn on right out of the box. Now, the third Pixel 3a I got is two months old and the speakers completely short circuited and broke, rendering the phone useless. I am giving up on this lemon of a model.
