Spent several hundred dollars on Google Ads and never received a single customer. Even worse, they offer no proof that your "ads" are even being shown to the general public. They basically just steal your money and run.

I was falsely mislead to believe that google fiber would pay me $10 for each month I still had in my contract with Xfinity. Sales agent asked for the ending date of my contract which I provided. Since the information still seemed confusing, I call google fiber constumer service to get a better explanation of how the buy-out credit would work and they provided wrong information by saying I would received $120 of credit in my account on my second bill. Google continually lets me down. They allow users to leave one star reviews with no comments whatsoever. I felt like finding a place to offer them a one star review, but unfortunately the *** require a one star review requires an actual written review accompany the review. I am by far not the only person to feel violated by their actions. It is unfair on many levels to allow reviews without comments. Worst customer service. They just want to charge your and get your money, but if you have a problem they do not have a phone number and or email address. They do not care, they use only robots or other peoples' comments to try to solve yours. Works company and very expensive service. They know they have a monopoly and abuse on every small business owner. Worst company. This monopoly does not care about small businesses. They steal your money and robots handle everything on google. There is no customer service. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU should not rate them as A. This rating is a lie

Google is a $46+ billion company that has over 1.5 billion Gmail customers. With that many customers and that budget, you'd expect customer service or tech support who can assist customers with Gmail issues but they do not. If you forget your Gmail password ** if you email account was hacked and the password ******** you will never get back into your account. Absolute worst service ever. I started a new business. According to the guidelines, all you need is a verification code that they send you over post card through USPS. When you type it in, it says it will take 3 days to show up on maps. 11 weeks later, after dealing with the head of engineering from google and multiple service tickets, I'm told to send verification of my existence, I do and finally make it on maps. Google is stealing publisher and author royalties. In October of 2020 I had one million dollars in publishing sold. They deactivated my account without cause so they don't have to pay me. I published Sean Combs The Paper Boy, Blue Ivy Blue Lagoon, Chrissy Teigen Teach Your Child To Cook, A Damsel in Distress, Thy Evil Side. I published over 500 titles. This is major theft.

This is a complaint and sharing my experience with google ads. I have advertise with google ads and found that they are out there to reap you when they can. They did not show my ads for weeks and yet still charging my debit card. I have proof to show them that they did not show my advertise, and they know that. when I called them to dispute they basically told me that my ad was in violation of policy and that's why it did not ran, and that's why my advertise did not show up when I googled. but yet they keep it running in the... read more
