I have been getting charge for "google nest" every month for the past few months. I never signed up for this subscription or service I am not even sure what is google nest. I have made several attend to contact google and had no luck. I call but the number does not work, I also tried sending an email. I have contacted my bank and let them know that I have not authorized those payments, however they cannot block the payments from going through. I am just about done with this next step will be contacting my lawyers.

Tried for a month to reach customer service because of an undelivered item from the Google Store. Their customer service is impossible to get a hold of, with > 1 hour wait times. They will hang up on you or end a chat session within seconds or minutes if you are away. When I finally reached them, they said it had been too long since the attempted delivery for them to do anything. I ordered 3 items that did not arrive on the date promised. I called both the carrier (FedEx) and Google. FedEx returned my call and said they lost my package and gave me a case number. I gave that information to Google. However, Google seems to be confused on how to handle this situation. They keep asking me the same questions over and over again, like if I contacted the carrier and that you will get a reply in 24-48hrs. They have totally ripped me off. I was an existing customer. I needed a new phone and went on line and got a huge discount. They sent the phone, and when I started it, it pretty much by itself set me up. I thought all was good. Now three months later they are complaining about which email I used to pay for it, so they are charging me the full price for the phone. I used the same Fi account, which is all the contract seemed to ask for. Con artists.

First of all be careful what you say about Google online. They will stalk hack your phone, internet,computer. They will listen to your calls. They will block your calls,redirected calls and message.They are partner with several companies. Yes, Apple, Xfinity, Metro, T-mobile.. All of these companies has an agreement with Google. They double charged my account several months and are charging my account after canceling the service. I attempted to contact them through email, phone, and support website with no response.

Google is first and foremost a search engine but has turned into a product spamming nightmare. Even a simple image search is more than two thirds images of products that may or may not even be that applicable. I have decided to switch to an alternative search engine because of this. I understand the motivation and can even respect it but the core principle of a service cannot be compromised or IT WILL NOT SURVIVE. Wake up Google or DuckDuckGo will be the new top search engine in no time.

This company has made several fraudulent charges against my bank account. Upon trying to call them, you'll quickly find that phone support doesn't exist, so you email instead. This wouldn't seem to bad if they responded more than once every 2 days. Then when they do respond they insist that it's your fault and refuse to help any further. I has to close an account because of these false charges AND this companies blatant disregard for their customers.
