Terrible customer service, Google charge me twice and he is saying he cannot issue refund, they can only add credit. They automatically switched my plan after their system update to paying for 9 emails and i'm using only 5. He is saying he cant switch me to flexible plan either. I ordered a phone from Google on Monday 3/29/21. I paid for expedited shipping for the phone,which was to arrive on Wednesday the 31st, or April 1st the latest. They shipped it Fed Ex,which states that the phone is still in the Indianapolis warehouse... For 3 days now. Then suddenly the date disappears and Fed Ex has no date for the delivery. On December 29th, my ability to purchase anything through google play or the google store was revoked due to a claim that there was suspicious activity. To verify my account I had to send in information about a card that no longer existed. We sent in bank statements and an ID multiple times and have been told no every time. I made a virtual appointment with a tax pro. I uploaded all of my tax documents. Now H&R Block is unresponsive about how much they are planning to charge me, I'm getting conflicting information about whether anyone is actually working on my taxes. Google has accused me of disputing a charge on my Google play account which I never did. They suspended my account until I can spend proof that they charge in question has been charged back. I can't send any proof cause I never disputed anything to begin with
Google customer service is the absolute worst. You cannot get any help regarding google play or any other account. My account for google play will not list any of my purchased movies. Add to the fact that google has begun being a political advocate for their own biased agenda regardless of their customer concerns. At what point did companies stop supporting there products? When I google issues with google it just takes me to google "Wikipedia" that have nothing to do with my problem or i end up spending hours reading unrelated garbage.

Hello, Beware of purchased Google Pixel phones from Google. They had known issues with their phones and did not issue a recall on them even though there were problems with their batteries bulging.
