I'm shocked, and furious that there is no answer to a missing shipment of my green Pixel Buds A. In fact, this is the 1st time I've encountered a delay in receiving any Google purchase for more than 14 years. But, now I've come to a fork in the road. I've had 23 phone calls for a warranty replacement and they still can't process the claim, despite acknowledging that I'm within the warranty period and the issue is covered. The agents are beyond incompetent and do not know how to issue a replacement part. It's absolutely absurd.

Google tampers with your android phone. If you refuse to update your firmware. They attack browsers by making menus popup. So much you can't type a word keyboard goes up down up Dow up down.. Once I killed the data they attacks quit. I am a programmer and know how to restore firmware less the five minutes.. Each time I sync with gmail Google damages android system. They even want to turn off Google voice and app keeps send messages through there app saying that your apps will quit working in July. I'm using

I have been trying to purchase green google pixel buds(2nd gen) for the entire month of June. My issue is when making the purchase they say the item will be delivered within a week. Then the date just pushes back and back. I have contacted customer support they offer to escalate to the shipping team. Then 24-48 hours later they inform me over email that there are "inventory issue." This is misleading sales. If they were upfront with the inventory issues I would understand. Purchased a Pixel 4 XL in April 2020 and the battery stopped working a few weeks ago (after only approx. 13 months). That was the first problem. Contacted Google device support, they agreed to an RMA case (with an initial estimate of $0 for the repair), and asked that we ship the device to an address using their provided shipping labels. We put the phone in the original box, placed it in a bigger box with lots of cushioning, and shipped it for repair. Google is a monster monopoly with no apparent desire or ability to conduct business in any ethical fashion. They operate deceptively and answer to no one. My small business recently engaged with an advertised offer on Google My Business for a $100 ad credit for signing up with Google Ads and running advertising campaigns through their ad service. Stay away from Google-Fi at all costs, they advertise plans at $17, but my bill was consistently around $144 for 2 lines, even though I set my threshold at 2 GB. After several months of paying $144, and my laziness in switching to another carrier, I finally decided to switch plans to "Simply Unlimited", with google-fi, which is advertised at $30 ea, just to get a bill for $200. Google fi charges for a protection plan they do not honor the contract for. They will only do it twice in a 12 month period even if the phone was stolen. I can't find my phone even using their find phone app because most likely someone stole it. They denied my replacement claim even though they had been charging me for the protection plan the knew they would not honor.
