In late July of this year I decided to cancel my cable and try streaming. This decisions made to save money as my cable bills had got so high. I decided to try You Tube TV. I am a 76 year old woman and have no experience in setting up these kind of things. So I hired the Geek Squad to do it. I was charged $100 for this service. Apparently anyone can create an anonymous Google email and profile and use it to harass you, your family, and your place of employment. Despite the fact that I have several clearly harassing and vile emails from this anonymous account regarding a personal matter that matches the name of the profile that left a one star review of my small business employer, Google declined to make the connection and refuses to remove the false and damaging review/rating. Worst Google Fi customer service. My Pixel 4 XL slightly over 1 year old battery died. Only option in my area is to mail it in which takes 7-10 days once I get the return package. I can't use the phone now and need it for work. No help from the rep or supervisor. I offered to have my CC charged now to send me a replacement and I'd mail the other back. They can't do it. I purchased a Google Pixel 4a phone a few weeks ago and have faced issues with it from the get-go. Firstly, it was delivered more than a week late. Subsequently, I had fundamental issues with the device from day one (unable to place calls, LTE would randomly not work despite being in a good coverage area, Bluetooth has never worked either). I had subscribed to T Moblie tv, but a couple months later, You Tube Tv took it over. I canceled the service, but just 4 days ago, you tube tv took $59.44 out of bank account. I tried to contact them, which is very difficult, but they can't find my account, yet they managed to take my money. They can't resolve it because I don't appear to have an account. So, no I have to go to the back, file a fraud charge against them & have my debit card reissued, since they somehow got my debit card number.

I have added some movies on you tube with truth about Covid 19 mishandling by USA - bad guidance from CDC - and when I said BAD look of USA milestones 700,000 dead; 45 Millions infected 5 Million long haulers, "We are the champions of COVID!". I "cut the cord" with comcast when I had GF installed. I read the reviews, did my homework, but in the few months we've had GF, there have been nothing but disruptions and flaws. I've had technicians out 3 times (after battling with work at home call people). They had the installation company here, re-ran my cable line, yet the continued disruptions and the spinning wheel on the tv and phone are out of control. I don't know what other venue to turn to.
