I was scammed three weeks. I normally am very vigilant about scams, but I started a new job and within the 2nd week of my job the scam artist pretended to be my boss. The name of my boss came up in the email even. Admittedly, I should have checked the email address. However, the email just asked if I could do them a favor. I needed to access a link in a google group email. However, the link said no content. So I tried to access my google account, hoping that would help. I had the correct login and password. However, google sent me a confirmation number by email to confirm my identity. Once I entered that number, they wanted a second factor authentication, so they asked for my phone number so they could send me a text. I do not own a cell phone and do not get texts. I purchased a very expensive Android TV that shows me advertisements I cannot remove from Google on my home screen. Some of the advertisements are not good for children to see, either. I am very upset that Google does not have a way to make this optional. This is not suggested viewing...if it was why not make this optional?? This is forced advertising under the guise of "suggested" viewing, and some of it is a blatant advertisement (it says it is an ad in the upper left corner). Google needs to make this optional. I was informed that in a week I had used approx. 1.5 gb a day, at the slow speed. I had a pending deadline for work, and I needed faster internet. The homepage said it would be 10$ for 1 gb extra. As soon as I pressed the confirm button, I was charged $85 dollars!? I canceled my service and will never recommend googlefi wtf

When I google search for news articles on the Israeli Palestinian conflict I got back 10 Al Jazeera articles. Google please fix your news algorithm so there is some balance to the coverage.

I have had multiple issues with Google Fi customer service, but by far the worst I have dealt with was in relation to a replacement phone order. I placed the order on 6/21/21 and they showed the item in stock and shipping soon. Later on 7/1/21 I did a chat session with someone who "assured" me that the device was on its way and will be 7/2 or 7/3...even though their own web site shows it had not even gone out to shipping yet. Be careful when running a Google Ad account. First, the number of clicks doesnt add up to what is actually being displayed on your website and now they re-activated an old ad of mine and charged me $240 without my authorization. Will not refund or help me. Took me forever just to find a way to communicate with them. They make everything so difficult and I will never recommend or use their services again.

The thermostat is working perfectly fine. HOWEVER, the ring does NOT turn right or left to adjust the temperature. The temperature MUST be adjusted only through the phone, not physically. It is obviously a manufacture defect! Goggle does not want to replace it. This company is a ripoff. *** life take care of them!
