They were a no show- scheduled appointment then cancelled without telling me- if I had known I would still have internet from my former provider. I was promised to have a new system installed and it Old them I couldn't afford any down time. They scheduled the appointment and now the day off --- no one on the phone nor is there a way to file a complaint. Happy

Advise against buying a nest Wifi product. I bought a new nest wifi hub to link to my network. It didn't work, I had to open multiple consults, and spent over 5 hours of support phone time. They weren't able to fix it. From that point, I bought a new wifi system (eero - owned by amazon), which worked terrific. Now, I'm trying to return this wifi unit from Google that didn't work and they won't provide a refund. It should be against the law to not provide human-based customer service for free. their account recovery is an absolute joke! One minute I can verify who I am with my fingerprint, but I cannot recover my wedding planning email account because I forgot the password, which is the last password ** asks me for as the only means of account recovery. There are specific issues that just cannot be solved with a robot, and the removal of the human element from support is useless and absurd.

over a month ago i paid for a refurbished google pixal 4a replacement phone. they required to pay for it so when they sent you the phone and send the old one back they will (or suppose to send back the $500+ that i paid. on 3 Aug an employee signed for that phone. numerous times they told me to return the phone, which i ready did. finally the charged me the monies because the claimed they never sent back the phone even though their employee signed for it 2 weeks prior. i explained to them that an employee signed for it on th... read more

Google only cares about money., they don't support businesses and only care about charging yet another fee. They only send emails when it's a surprise charge. Disgusting way to fake support. I found zero ways to review them online; if it's a business they should have review boards on their own services. Ads don't work and I never see them when searching, scam people much?

I ordered google fi service back in April when they have $100 promotion when signing up for google fi. I have never got that promotion at all!!!
