I purchased a Google Domain (it's cheap 12 $) and started a Google Business page which is free- and that is a gross overcharge. I offer in-home pet euthanasia, my service area is the state. I do not want, nor need to show a business address as I work out of my private home. The whole process was a mess..I ended up with possibly more than one "page". Any time I tried to get the help I was shuffled to Google Maps, which ended up putting my home as pin on the business site map. That has taken week, several times, to get rid of.... read more

To whom it may concern, My husband and I joined Google Fi because of his military career taking him all over the world. With his career there are also times when he is unable to handle concerns with the phones. Since we bought our phones under his email. Google Fi will only speak with him in regards to any of our devices. Which can cause a problem when he is in situations where he is unable to have his device. Horrible customer service. Google does not even have a line where I can talk to a real person anymore. I have been trying for 3 weeks to fix my business listing on google search via Google Business and I have not had any success whatsoever. The response emails take a large amount of time, and when they finally respond they are incompetent and do not seem to read my full email before responding. Sad that a business with so much money and resources cares so little about their customer service.

I believe that Google did not warn me that using this service could actively deny me of my right to a secret ballot. There is circumstantial evidence that googles actively trying to deny me my right to a secret ballot. Furthermore, I have circumstantial evidence that Google also exploited the fact that I did not have a right secret ballot by putting me in multiple political entrapment situations. It also became a leader in exploiting the fact that I didn't have a right to a secret ballot.

My Google Nest Thermostat quit after 8 months. Head unit is dead and they would like me to pay for a new unit in advance of them shipping a replacement. If I am going to shell out another $250 it will be to a company that stands behind their defective products. I have been on the phone with their service team for 2 hours, should have read the reviews before purchasing. Never again!

I own everything google and enjoy their products; recently I had a problem with a Nest thermostat that required warranty replacement. - They sent they first one to the wrong address(Even asked me for the correct address) - They sent a second one; that was missing the wiring base (which is what I needed). didn't even provide a return shipping label so I sent that one back out on my own dime. - Finally they sent a third one that arrived today, 9/8 Now initially they had put a hold on my credit card until I returned the FIRST... read more

I purchased a Pixel 4a from the Google Store August 10, 2021 and was provided a delivery date of August 19th. The delivery date was important because I was moving out of state August 25th. 8/19 rolls around and the phone had not yet shipped, so I called to cancel/reroute the phone. I was told I could not change the address, nor could I cancel the order. Keep in mind, the phone had not yet shipped. They then ship the phone to my old address in another state on 8/25, after the date I told them I would be leaving, and it arrive... read more

This company is horrific to communicate with. You write a review to inform people about a bad company and google hides the review, Google is a scum company. Hope somebody ends your pathetic existence soon.
