What kind of company doesn't have a formal help service? My google account was compromised and I had no way to get back into it because Google doesn't have a formal help service. They only thing they have is community forums, which google employees may or may not actually check. The forum is useless when someone has hacked your account and you can't do any of the steps to get back in that the forum suggests, and because they don't have a formal help service, i was screwed. Google Fiber billing system is HORRIBLE and they take UNAUTHORIZED payments after service is cancelled. I cancelled my service Nov 15th because I was moving. Since cancellation there were 3 UNAUTHORIZED payments taken out of my account after service was cancelled. Management told me I would get a refund. I've called several times and still haven't received my full refund. Managers aren't truthful, mislead customers just to get them off the line, they steal your money out of your account when you cancel.

I purchesed a nest Theromstate nov 29th 2020 with professional install, the nest installer came as exspected he was not able to get it to work properly i was told i needed to call my own contractor i filled a complant wilth Google Dec of 2020 and was told i needed to contact the original installer who told me to call my own hvac installer, so December 2020 i have my hvac comapany come he found it was wireded wrong and heat pump was not wired he corrected that problem but since then the Google Thermostate fails to shut down t... read more

Beware of Google Project Fi and its useless customer service. My husband got Pixel 6 Pro (paid over $1000 for phone and $30 for their case)- one month into having the phone, it slipped out of his hand and screen cracked ( so much for case protection!!) He also paid for device protection and preferred care in the plan. Dec 18th we filed a claim for replacement of device- after 2 hours on the phone and charging $150 they said claim filed with Assurant company and device will be shipped overnight. Amerigas 3540 PA 151 Aliquippa Pa XXXXX. In November I got a bill for a little over $1100 for propane tank rental that was past due. The cost of the rental is $95.40 per year. Somehow they charged me as though I had 12 of the 124 gallon tanks and thus the $1100 charge. I called five times so far and have spent several hours on the phone to have this corrected and they agreed that it was a mistake but they weren't sure how it happened or how to correct it. To say YouTubetv (Google) has poor customer service is being most charitable. Actually, their customer service is non-existent. It is impossible to reach anyone for help. Following their online directions are all dead ends. The published phone numbers are not answered. There is no way to get a representative to "chat" with you. They do not respond to any feedback you send. After spending a detailed explanation of the problem I am having, I pressed the send buttonnothing happened, it did not send. was charged for a product ( I didn't order ) when requested a refund of my money they refused because they didn't find a fraudulent action. This is getting too much annoying pain in the neck. I didn't realize that Google has all my bank account and or financial information with the pretext to create a better flow in my browsing internet, but what I didn't know was this act of good faith and trust on my part, could be used against me.

Ordered a new phone from the Google Black Friday promotion on November 24th, and was told deliver date would be Dec 1 or 2. Those days passed, and I checked my order information. No details given, only: "Your shipment was delayed. We're working to get it to you soon and will email you when it's on its way."
