Zero stars is more of what is deserved. I have a Chromecast, but I'm not allowed to connect to a hotel or dorm wifi with it. I feel that Google is just trying to get people to spend more money than is necessary. Why sell a product that I'm not allowed to use where I'm at? I have sent multiple complaints to Google themselves to no avail. I guess that the next step will be a lawsuit due to unfair business practices and fraud.

I attempted to contact ****** about a potential fraud on my account. The telephone number listed on google had the ****** logo and a number to reach customer support. Little did I know this number was a Fraudulent number. The person said they would assist me with the fraud that was on our account. Just received a message on my Chromebook, telling me that this will be my last update. I proceeded to do it. After restart, my laptop is completely useless, browsing amazon, watching youtube videos and facebook used to be snappy and fast. Now, no matter what URL I go to it just takes forever to download, no changes to other 8 devices that I have at home just this machine. In my opinion Google stole approximately **** from me, because they claim no one other than me can turn campaigns back on. I ran a campaign for a week and I owed around $10. I thought well that didn't do much, so definitely not continuing this campaign. A month later I get a notification that google tried to charge my account over ***** my bank stopped it considering it fraud. That's exactly what it is. Google is absolutely horrible. They continue to scrub my identity from the web. Very scary when your a journalist investigation the abuse of children and your witnessing Google attack you.

Order a Pixel 6 directly from the Google store thinking great it will be unlocked I can use any service with it and what's safer than ordering directly from the manufacturer Order was placed on the XXXXX and it arrived XXXXX I was at home that day sick and seen the FedEx guy come to the door Walk out got the package off step the box had no weight that's odd and the driver did not require a signature odd again phone are normally shipped with signature required opened box and no phone or case just a empty box. Their new pixel six decides to stutter every 3 to 5 seconds resulting in not being able to do anything and whatever you were doing being stuck on repetitively being sent. If you were typing a g when it happened, you would be spammed with 3 to 5 seconds worth of g. I have requested a refund. I have asked for help with its matter and nothing has been done. This review is regarding Google Pay. I received a payment in the beginning of December in the amount of $375. Google Pay "flagged" the payment as suspicious; I uploaded the necessary documents but they continued to keep my account suspended. I had to fill out a refund form to have the funds sent to my bank and did so. That occurred on December 16th, and they give a time frame of 10 business days. I use Google fi service, and pay multiple lines device coverage and payments on the devices themselves every month. The service is more than any other mobile provider and the coverage is less than ideal. Anytime I've had to contact their support they have been completely disrespectful unwilling to listen to me and very rarely do I get any resolution.
