Sucks I have to give them one star! Google play and assoc are bribed by gaming apps to ignore be'n flagged as inappropriate! After many attempts to contact Google play abt an app that locks and blocks my device then randomly freezes my device and closes app automatically, NOT ONCE have I received a response! Google Fi cheats. I'm in the military and have an IPhone and there service doesn't work with my platform. I have talked to them several times and all I got was lies. Military discount they tell me yes and then another tells me no. Then they tell me WiFi calls work on my phone 1k later no I'm sorry it doesn't work with my platform. We have a winter home and change our address twice a year in the YouTube system. When we returned from our winter home this year and attempted to change our home location the system would not allow it. As a result we could not watch network TV programing like ABC, CBS and NBC. the company likes to take one's money buy can't at least talk to a customer on the phone when there's an issue involving your account. Especially when Google is double billing my account each and every month. They have you fill out one form after another to no avail. I can't even rate Google with one star.
Incompetent customer service. Impossible to contact them for issues with subscription payments. My story like most stories: Ordered Google Fi and they started the service when the Phone arrived at my house. I paused the service for a couple weeks until my current plan expired and everything seemed fine. Bought a $25 Google play card, said it could not be redeemed and they need more information. Can't contact them because they're using covid as an excuse not to do their job. Can't refund through the store, they say contact Google. We should all sue. Class action.
this review is specified for google chat they say i was in a violation of something and they did not explain to me the violation and i had no idea what i did so them at google cut me off form me talking to my friends i am very disappointed with them i want all google customers to know about this.
