This company is an absolute joke in the customer service department. I recently had my Gmail account hacked by someone in a different state, they ordered a $700 phone and paid for it using my PayPal account (not sure how they were able to bypass ** PayPal security), but the fact is they ordered the phone and filtered my emails so I would not receive mail from google, so by the time I realized what happened it was too late to cancel the order on my own so I reached out to Google and asked them to cancel it since the phone had... read more

Google customer service has been avoiding my inquiry about Google Pixel 6 pro phone - it has been several months. I bought it last December and it was cracked within one month. After researching about this product, I learned that Pixel 6 pro is having a lot of issues - malfunctions and many more. I was told that I had to do all the "leg" work and when I couldn't get all the information for a promotion that they had that I wasn't able to get the promotion. The issue with getting the info was that all I could talk to was a computer. It kept telling me that it couldn't give me the info. My phone was not qualified for that. I called and did everything I could to talk to a person but had no luck. It was even a company that they work with, so I don't understand why they couldn't help.

I bought $400.00 in Google Play Cards for gifts and the company refuses to honor them. I wrote to the company and sent copies of my receipt and was told the cards could not be redeemed without more information. I went back to the Walmart store where they were purchased and they check to make sure everything was done correctly on their end. I asked if they could just refund my money for the useless plastic cards and they could not. I am out my money and have no way to get it back. Scam company! I switched to youtube tv thur google and for the last 3 or 4 months I paided. My $64.99 they also took out $64.99 out of my wife's acc. now I cannot get this straightned out and get a rerfund. How do you get to talk to person

Verizon SYSTEM UPDATES from Apr2022-Jul2022 issued security breach to access your device. I've manage to block the intrusive company, those updates have shown they were able to push pass ** security even hacked Norton360. GOOGLE SECURITY BREACHED when logging in, another device logs on & can't be removed in GOOGLE Accts Manager. Verizon BIOMETRIC UPDATE 6.0.0.4 -fingerprint update another security breach installed. I signed up for Google Fi in April of this year I canceled in April of this year less than 24 hours later they owe me a refund of $41.75 I still don't have my money and they won't do anything nobody will talk to me nobody will do anything about it they keep telling me that only one person involved The specialist whatever that is I don't know what they specialize in but the specialist is the only person that has access to my account what if he does

I have been a certified Google PPC consultant for about a decade now. However, about 4 years ago I began to lose faith in Google Adwords due to it's business practices. Purchased the top of the line reflection 315 travel trailer took possession 19 July 2022 on a 2023 reflection upon arrival, tire link didn't work and rear back up camera doesn't work have tried to notify the company since 21 July today is August 1 I have talk to one person on 26 July never called back.
