I received a text notification from my credit card about a charge of $2335.38 from the Google store. I immediately called my credit card company to alert them that I did not make this purchase . My card was cancelled and the charges reversed. I have never made more than a $20 purchase at the app store. I looked through my Google account to see if I could see what the charge was for. This company is biased toward anyone other than Democrats. They should be open to any person who has a different view. They also have a monopoly on internet browser's current use on computers. Amazingly that this company still is in business. They also sell poor quality products which bilks millions of dollars from the consumers.

Google is such a shady busines. I'm removing all association with them. They gave themselves a 4.5 star review because you can't. They have access to your checking account and can make charges to it at any time and claim no responsibility They have no customer service there is noone you can call and you can't give them a review as a business. They do what they want and take no responsibility. If you have a Gmail account rethink it.

Greetings, I'm complaining about Google pay services, I have a Visa card approval by my bank and Google doesn't want to use it Google suspended my account because my Discover card canceled two payments due to the fact that one company offered three days free trial and when I try to cancel the service during the free trial the application doesn't have the proper access to cancel the service, I complained to Discover and after an investigation Discover approved the complaint, the other company I sent numerous emails to cancel ... read more

They stole $16 from me and ACTUALLY 100% POSITIVELY have the worst customer support of any company, and there are some big doozies when it comes to customer support. Google takes the cake

I downloaded HBOMax through the app on my Sony smart tv that runs Android OS and and after trying to cancel my subscription I was notified to go to google play store to do that, which after almost an hour of trying to reach someone to assist via phone/chat/email, I finally when through my merchant Paypal who fortunately cancel my subscription. When my instagram was hacked the hackers got through the "google safe lock" where they were able to bypass ** email asking if i had made the changes. My trust in google is has plummeted faster than bidens rating.

These people are the biggest CROOKS. They support games on Google play (golf clash) that is by far the most RIGGED game to take people's money. I have several recorded videos, screenshots that force you to lose. If you throw a couple of dollars into the game you might win a few. After that it's downhill again. If there is others getting scammed on this game let's file a major lawsuit. There happy to take our money and run but let's go get it back.

DISPOSABLE PRODUCT - Doorbell Camera !! I bought a google doorbell 15 months ago and the product is not working anymore. The solution that goggle offered: buy a new one and trash the $250 product! I don't want to have a new one as-is out of warranty but, I need an option to fix it!
