I bought a google pixel 4a in may 2021 the GPS DIDNT work so I sent it to them for repair they sent it back but it was a different phone that will not work with my phone carrier I have expanded this to them many times over since then and they just keep giving me excuses I have asked them repair replace or send back my original phone which would be the best option and they avoid the question or give different excuses last I asked for my money back or original phone again more excuses and they have never answered me in anyway ... read more

GOOGLE FI I'm reporting billing fraud my card was charge multiple times $24.00 twice on Feb 7, 2022 then three times on Feb 9, 2022 there was suppose be . Complete rip-off by Google Fi. They offered us a phone promotion and then rescinded on their offer after they sold us the phone. The promotion was for a Samsung S21 for a purchase price of 500.00 USD. After complying with their request, they charged us 900.00 USD (full price) for a phone that is now a full generation behind that we would have never bought for the full price. I think that google (youtube particularly) is a main enemy for our democracy and all freedoms our founding fathers were fighting for. Shame on google for encouraging politics of motivated ignorance, consumerism, conformity and UNCRITICAL thinking in America. High Quality Roofing conducted a roof replacement on my house and provided a great customer service experience. The job was done quickly, and with great attention to detail. Mario the estimator clearly explained what was gonna take place during and after the repair process. I'd recommend this company to my family and friends should they need this type of service..

Happened to notice a $50 charge on my credit card from Google for nest aware. I canceled it two years ago. I didn't catch the $50 they charged me the year before so they have now charged me $100 total for a service I don't have. I have no active subscription for it on my Google account so I can't cancel it. I contacted their customer service and he even admitted that they were charging me for a service that wasn't mine but said I would have to go to the old property owners house and get the serial number off of the camera in... read more

I purchased a Google Pixel 6 with a Pixel Pass ************ from Google Fi for my wife in October 2021. I have paid $30.78 monthly for the Pixel Pass **** includes several google services. Google has charged me for the full subscription since the first month, but was unable to activate any of the services on her phone/account until 2/7/2022. This company provides terrible customer service. They are a billion dollar business but shut down their customer service phone number. They refuse to give refunds even if customers are not provided with what they purchased. This company is a bully just like Putin.
