I wasn't trying money back I was supposed to get refunded and never hit it I hand its in my history that I the item was purchased but I was unauthorized and and they didn't give me nothing back since I couldn't find the transaction ID number but it was shown in my history but I dotn understand why on earth I can get a call back or any assistance in getting my money I spent I regret having any kind of association with them
After repeated requests prior to exterior installation to call and schedule a time to discuss the install before starting, and multiple promises that would happen from the Google customer service representatives, the installer showed up and installed the exterior connection in an incorrect spot damaging the exterior of my home in the process. I have Google right now for my email but all my friends was on Google chat until I got kicked out of Google chat for no reason I of my knowledge they don?t give you any explanation why they kicked you out of Google chat they just tell you that you Violate Google chat which I did not do and you cannot restore your account after you get kicked out. so I want to warn everybody not to use Google chat. I purchased a Google Play gift card off of Amazon, but when I tried to redeem it, Google asked for "more information" and kept my money hostage. Even though I provided everything they asked for, they responded in three days letting me know that my case "wasn't eligible for appeal". Love getting scammed out of $55 by a billion-dollar company.
Google does not remove our personal house from google map. We requested to be removed , bcs this business is not approved by government, and this is our personal house. Google does not remove. Instead they mark as permanently closed which is not true . Google has no right to publish our personal address as business against our will. There is way to be removed without causing harm to us.
Pretty sad that such a huge company like Google does not protect an unauthorized purchase. I contacted Google about a purchase that I did not make nor authorize, they informed me that unfortunately they could not refund the money.
Google became a monopoly by being the best at what they do: we say "google it" like we say "kleenex". The way such companies give up their monopolies is by starting to be annoying and giving their consumers the feeling that their needs do not come first (ever try to "google" something that relates to a sale-able product?). Google Nest is an absolute joke selling junk. Their thermostat lasted barely a year before it quit working and I have been waiting on a replacement from them for over two weeks. Instead of shipping a replacement unit, I was directed to become an electrical technician and literally connect and disconnect the wires coming out of my wall to *MANUALLY* turn the AC on and off. I am 74 on a fixed income and I had my phone service turned off and to get it going again I need to get into my email to do so. I'm elderly and not an expert on the computer.
