YouTube ads are disgusting and completely inappropriate. I was listening to music (no explicit content) and all of a sudden I hear, "I washed your *******... It could get lost up there" as the beginning to an ad. I listen to music on YouTube around children, whom that content is extremely inappropriate for and I don't appreciate it either. None of the google play cards that were purchased work. The site asks for the code, it gets entered, the site says Redeem the amount? We reply yes and it takes us to Need more information. We sent receipt, front/back of the card, where we purchased it etc. to open a case.google states the card I sent was not eligible for appeal. That's it! No reason why, nothing. We have tried 3 different cards bought at three different places and none work. Please help
I am writing about the Google phone company known as google fi. It is set up to be as difficult to work with as they can make it. The support part of the company does nothing but make matters more confusing and difficult. Getting the address so I could file a complaint was almost as difficult as attempting to get my money back. I've now had 4 replacement phones by Google. 3 out of 4 of them had a flickering display. The fourth one they sent me, the sim card port didn't work. The last phone they sent me, the display started to flicker after just 6 hours. Their lack of customer service is honestly astonshing. Incredible company for the internet. Searching, email, photos, electronics, business, video, chat, and the support team is very helpful! I appreciate google very much for all extra time and effort during Covid-19. They really do everything they can.
I inadvertently clicked on a YouTubeTV link, thinking it was regular YouTube and before I knew it, I'm being charged 58.84 per month for an account I did not want and did not use. They make it so difficult to cancel and get a full refund! Appalling business practices. We need help from these on-line predators. No stars are warranted but this site requires I give at least 1.
I have been trying to recover my Google account for 2 days. I have tried to contact Google but to my surprise there is no way to speak to a human. I have filled out a recovery form 3 times and all 3 times I have gotten the same automated message saying my account is active and I should try logging in using this form. I really like google for a long time. But I recently bought a pixel 6 and when I got it, it didn't work with Verizon so google told me to send back for a replacement. After days and hours of talking to customer service, I was given unclear answers to things and got the impression my phone would take only a few days to arrive. I a manage for a large company and work from home and rely on wifi service for virtual meetings with my team, virtual interviews, etc.. Today is 6/16/2022 and I'm on day 2 no Google fiber wifi service. I have been told after many phone calls that it is due to a construction site outage that cause the interruption of service and that crews are working on it.
