Do not trade in your phone! I read that if my phone did not have cracks, scratches, would start and was reset, I would receive a $95 credit for trading in my old phone. My phone met all of these criteria. In fact I was still happily using my phone up to the minute I reset it and sent it to the Google Store. I was involved in a car accident on Saturday 15 October 2022. My google pixel 5a phone was destroyed during the accident. I paid cash for the phone in April 2022 and insured it through google. I filed the insurance on 15 October 2022 for a replacement phone and was told that the coverage was approved and will receive an email with instructions on how to order a new phone. I was sent a "reward" through googles local guides program by email. It was a promo code to try google's fi carrier service free for 3 months. I was planning on switching carriers to Google fi anyway, so I decided to use the promo to try it out and see if I liked it. I signed up, chose one of the plans that qualified for the promo code, and completed my order. It specifically said on my order review (right before you place the order) that I owed $0 today. We had purchased a website domain name for our non-profit organization and determined we did not need it. We tried to call to cancel, but got nowhere with their phone number. So a general email was sent to cancel their service and we never heard back from them. We recently tried to contact somebody again only to get nowhere yet again. Their website makes false advertisements. They claim that you can purchase a pixel 7pro through a pixel pass *** save money and get free subscription to premium services however when you follow the link to purchase the phone through this option it allows you to go All the way through the purchase and never tells you that the pixel 7pro isn't available through the pixel pass ********

Bought a Google Play gift card peeled the security strip off and it removed the code making it illegible. I have been on chat and email for 2 days trying to get it resolved. Provided a copy of the damaged card, store receipt and activation receipt. The card has a serial number with the code registered to it under a security strip and they tell me I can "redeem" the card by entering the code in my account. be careful of GoogleFi, its main selling point is the international data roaming. However it doesn't work as advertised. In fact u should know the below before going with GoogleFi 1- they claim that u need to mostly use the line in the US, however there is no clear policy about it in the terms its totally vague. 2- they randomly disconnect lines even before using the international data whatsoever. 3- there is no any warning or notes next to the international data roaming while signing up for the service. its clearly deceptiv... read more
