Don't buy Google play gift cards. Tried loading 2 different cards on my kids account and got an error message "need more information" like what? What more information? Told to fill out a form and submit it. Tried calling and get a recording saying they can't help over the phone, tried Google chat and told to fill out the forms ð??? they were gifts to my kid, I don't have the information they want to fill out the forms. On X-XX-XXXX I joined t-mobile. With the promotion, we were given netflix and paramont+ free for one year and you tube tv for 1/2 off for one year. On X-XX-XX and X-XX-XX my credit card was deducted $32.49 which is the 1/2 off special. Then my credit card was compromised so I had to change the account for payment. Order a simple pair of extra small stretch bands for my Google pixel watch off the Google store that was a complete scam. Said I would get it from the 13th - 15th but nothing ever arrived or possibly even shipped. Customer service is a joke doing absolutely nothing but sending the same generic messages and telling me to wait several days for a response that's never coming. I think it is completely unreasonable that if you can't remember your Google password *** get locked out of your account for anywhere from 6 hours to weeks. This is ridiculous. I run a business and have school emails that I need to access and can't because I got a new phone and the computer remembers me but won't show me my password *** Google. Such a big company but since COVID hit, their customer service is almost non existent. Everything is done through email which is a squeezy wheel. We just today heard back from a review we reported 4 months ago where a customer left a review calling our owner a "A- Hole" so what we get from this is GOOGLE IS OKAY WITH PROFANITY AND HARRASSMENT- Google is okay with a customer calling someone a "*******", A- HOLE, *******, same thing right!? I subscribed to a 7-Day free trial for Fox Nation, the very next day I tried to cancel and neither Fox Nation or Google gave any avenue of being able to do that. I tried repeatedly to contact Fox Nation and my emails were unanswered and there site said to contact Google Play. I contacted Google Play and their customer service says I have no subscriptions to anything, even though my bank account where they took $69.54 for a year subscription from says that it was Google Play that took the money. google nest thermostats work sporadically at best. It ost $300 to have 3 Nest Thermostats installed, and when they each continued to not function i spent about 10 hours total on the phone with Google Customer Service in the Phillippines to attempt to get them to work. There were many occasions when it was 57 degrees in the house and they would not call for heat. As a whole we had no issues with Google fiber at our previous residence. However we just moved and have been without internet for 2 weeks now. We were told we'd have internet on November 26. It's now December 8th. I understand things happen. But it doesn't feel like we're being prioritized. We have medical issues to monitor at the property thats impossible without internet. Had we been told at the beginning that it would be 2 weeks we'd have gone with someone else.
