Purchased pixel buds as part of my accessibly needs - the pixel buds stopped working. I was granted a credit over six months ago. I have contacted googlepixelbuds-care more than 20 times and I am told that the credit is being processed. I have not received the credit to replace the buds with a pair that work. Support have not be helpful, they only confirm the credit is being processed. I am hoping that by posting this review I can get the help to receive the credit that was awarded to my account due to a faulty product.

Google has scammed me out of $3159.92 for google play. No one in my family has an android or uses google play. Somehow they got my account info and made eight payments. They will not clarify what they are for, why tor how hey were charged, or give me a refund. They are using the runaround tactic and clearly hoping that they can keep my money. I am due an entire refund ASAP.

Crooks! Have **** charged $650 pin apps I never ordered and have tried 4 different customer service departments and they are all designed to not take any calls. Tried their website and they won't help with any fraud charges over 4 months old. They are scamming people of their money and making access to them impossible. I would leave a zero if I could.

Google services for internet is shady Google stored my debit card info when I didn't give them permission to do so, money was taken from my card and there is no way to directly speak to anyone there are numbers given out but when I called these Google numbers the automated system tell me to go to the website the website lead me to loop, a circling back to the same information (frustrating) and it seems that I can't talk to a real live person.

Google ads makes it so its absolutely unwelcome. We join Google Ads it was promised we were going to get a $500 credit for advertising after we spent 500. We spent 500 and we would like to finish collecting our free ads. Google Has received their money $500. I was put on hold for over 4 hours in which Google automatically disconnected the call when they are in normal business hours. I have been trying to reach Google for days in addition to other platforms such as ********* Instagram, and Snapchat. The fact that these companies are outsourcing to other foreign countries to remain cheap and not have to pay normal wages to individuals that could be easily employed within ***************** (country of residence) and eliminating all support teams just shows you how much they care ab... read more

This company clearly doesnt over look the report a review well enough. The creteworx concrete and plowing has a 1 star from a ********************* and we dont have one invoice or estimate or ever had contact with a *********************.

Zero customer service! "Chat" is nothing but prepopulated responses that have nothing to do with the issues. There is no phone number that works now. They are all recordings that direct you to use "chat". My whole house and phone use Google and Nest and I can't get support for the many issues I am experiencing. Additionally, they kept paying on an app account that I had canceled a year ago. And, they are now charging for storage that was free. They have blocked all email until I pay.
