Google's local service ad is fraudulent the intial agreement for Carpet Cleaning was $20 to $30 a lead. Then when contacted why it's $50 a lead Google customer service communicates that the lead value depends on the zip code. I was signed up for $70 a week. Google did not honor the agreement. Its been 3 months and google Fiber is still holding my money hostage! I have contacted them numerous times to empty promises and the run around. The last rep told me they dont send checks or even load your refund to your google card. The only option is to refund to the original payment method and they still have not. So glad they are not getting any more of my money for the terrible WiFi and service

Ive had a business for 32 years now. *************************** and her ex husband *********************** have friends inside of google *** that can do whatever they want them to do.Their friends inside google *** have locked me out of gmail acount and my business account on **************************** people are con artists and must be put out of business immediately.
I have had multiple issues with Google under three different phones. I had a ******* Galaxy A03S and that phone they basically blocked me and also made it impossible for me to you. the BBB has a good script about how great they are and that people depend on their A and A+ ratings and the fact is that they do not even have a customer agent available to speak with a member without jumping through hoops. I have had a very bad experience with these people re getting some help regarding a complaint a filed.The BBB is not customer friendly of all places to NOT be customer friendly be it the ********************.. Googles payment system is criminal!!! I took care of my past due balance and paid for the next month too but not only did they charge me for that payment of 2 nonths, they charged me the originally month that didn't go through!!
