Pls bow your heads when ***** walks into the room and his parents. Google pay was letting me get cash back then they just stop. I have the funds on my Google pay but it won't let me cash it out. Google Fi is a TRASH SERVICE run by the most SCUMMY SCAMMY robots ever. Don't bother trying to get in contact with a human because it is not happening. I bought a google fi SIM kit and activated it in ******* before I flew to ******, one of the 200 "countries supported" by google fi, and upon arriving, the cell phone plan stopped working. I have contacted google fi support and only robots reply. They keep accusing me of turning off international services which is a lie. I tell them this and they keep going in circles. We have had Google Fiber for 2.5 years - until we moved 3 weeks ago. We were informed Google Fiber is available at our new location. We scheduled an install for July 11th. On July 11th, the tech can out to install, but there was an issue - the "light is not on at the box." We were informed that the fiber needed connecting at the pole, and someone would be out in 24 - 48 hours. Google is one of the best and bigger website company in the market. However is impossible to contact Google's customer service, you never have the opportunity to have a real person a life to help you with your issue. Google just wrote generalize instructions for their clients' issues online. I have around four (4 ) accounts block I would not unblock at the moment. I hired an ad block service to stop ads popping up. Only Google seems to be able to defeat it. There needs to be a way to stop the annoying ads!!!!!!! I use Google on a regular basis and the service is great! I just hate pop ****** There should be a way to stop it! Also about half are scams, I never respond to any of them!

Google, the apparent owner of ******* does bad customer service business when it comes to their ******* subscription TV service with customers. I've been receiving two subscription charges for the use of one subscription. I reviewed my billing was surprised at this double charge. When I reached out to customer support, they have given me the run around for over TWO MONTHS with no resolve yet, even though I explicitly given them tangible documentation/evidence of the double charges that they could not explain. Customer support is non existent and it takes over an hour to get anyone. The options you have outside of a person don't work properly either.

In this post I am starting documentation of the constant removal of my hard-earned happy customer reviews. I have been noticing these activities on my Google Business Profile. I was at 45 in May, and I discovered I was 44 on June 15 and on July 11,2023 I am done to 43. It is shame Google cant trusted. Business owner and customer has to be vigilant by Policing their accounts.
