Suck with customers and Developer gaining there accounts back also allowed my name and information and someone taking active as me. Also as a former employee with Google shopping Express I will never accept anything unless I gain all access back to my accounts as a developer and I'll say partner by copyright. BBB did a great job in helping me resolve a dispute I had with Network Solutions. They are a great resource in helping when most other options are exhausted. I would highly recommend using their services. Network Solutions also finally corrected my account to my satisfaction. My complaint should not have gone this far, but in dealing most of the time with foreign Countries for customer service, it is necessary to push on when you know you are being treated unfairly. Thanks

Internet goes out on Friday and acting like the typical soulless corporation we all know they are they block your ability to speak to someone completely - because they know what's best for you. Went out on Thursday, call Friday morning - automated message "Service will be restored Friday at 9AM" - no ability to navigate to talk to human. This went on until today - Sunday - until I finally just chose the option for "new money" which of course they are happy to provide a human for. Google has helped me with my business. I have had some problems. !!...but in all fairness you cant own and run a business without google...click adds...local listings ect.....paper adds are old and dying out!

With out goohle you cant run a business..you need adds on local listings and click adds!..google is better than yelp on reviews...yelp is law hreakers@.. Without google society does not exist!!

Attempting to get a refund on the policy unauthorized family purchases. The purchase charge is $398.00.The company doesn't have a direct phone number for support.When I use the web,the site keeps putting me in a non resolving loop.I cannot afford to loose this amount.Shame on Google

Google has absolutely terrible customer service. First I had an issue with attempting to get reimbursed for having to pay for a repair that was IN WARRANTY. This started on November 1st, 2022 and was not resolved until December 27th 2022 when I finally decided to just accept that Google doesn't care and I would just take the store credit from them. I ordered Google t.v then canceled within five minutes. I have sent emails made phone calls to Google I finally cancetled my c.card to stop the billing. Total cost from Google and u tube $220.30 I would like a complete refund. Thank you frank *****

Google Workspace customer support is awful! There is no way to get a hold of a human to fix any billing issues. Google Workspace makes it very hard to get support. Once you cancel a Workspace account the only way to stop any auto renewals is to go back into the Admin console that you no longer have any access to. Does this make any sense? NO it does not.
