Trying to cancel a Nest Aware subscription (for a 3rd time) is virtually impossible. You click on the "cancel subscription" link only to find the pricing for their services for Nest. Nowhere on the Nest Aware site or the Google Home application, can you just "cancel" your subscription with just a click. It's a convoluted process that yields no results. 1 + hours with an "on line chat" that was "escalated" to another level. I purchased a Google Play gift card for $100 as a gift and the verification code does not work. I have tried every number through Google and it always goes back to go to Google. Com/ support which comes up with Just Ask. Com you start a chat with a representative then they will say is there anything else you would like to tell before I connect you to an agent. When they connect you they want you to pay $1 for membership then fine print show $46 membership fee. You go back online to try chatting with an agent which you get a ... read more

This is review is specifically for Google Fi. I had subscribed for the device protection plan on my current and past phones. I have probably spent a couple hundred dollars on a service that had, as of yet, done me nothing. Today I went to file a claim for my wife's broken phone (covered by the device protection plan) and was told I needed to pay more money to get it repaired or replaced. A few days ago my bank notified me that they flagged 2 suspicious charges and subsequently permanently blocked my account. I was told that Google had attempted a charge for ~$40.00 and $1.50. I did not recognize it. This is the second time I had this happen to me, same company. Why? When did GOOGLE become a rip off company. I'm hoping that GOOGLE is unaware that their name is being used in this criminal behavior.

I have been trying to verify a card on Google pay. They keep telling me they have no errors. Yet when I go to put in the verification code there is no where to put it and it reads saying that there is. They have charged me 1.95$ 15 different times saying they haven't been able to charge my card. Their reps don't speak English and keep saying there is no issue. For the last several months, You Tube TV has BEEN DOUBLE CHARGING me $69.70/month for TV service! My bank says they can do nothing, and it is my responsibility to contact You Tube TV. I added $50 to this app and out of nowhere they locked my account and been sending me circles doing the same process and filling out the same form over four times.
