I have used google for my entire life. I purchased the hooked on phonics app for you youngest child as you can no longer find the full bundle set that my 19 year old used as a child. I believe in the program and as being my youngest child does learn better on her tablet and iPad the purchase made sense. I downloaded and signed up and a month later paid for the full subscription for 6 months. After purchase the app would no longer accept our login info as it did in free version previously. We were attempting to switch to Google Fi for cellular service. This was a terrible experience. We received our phone quickly. When attempting to switch services they were less than helpful and even rude. The person on the phone acted as it she could not hear us or understand what we were asking. Then she was say something totally different than we asked. Will never try that service again.

Pixel 6 phone stopped charging, sent to google RMA for repair. The repair center SHATTERED the screen protector and tried charging 179$ for repair, they also did not repair or fix the charging port. The phone was sent back without screen protector and without cables that were shipped with the phone.

I am so discouraged because Google Has NO "Actual" support and has turned our 5 star, numerous, excellent reviews to NOTHING. We have reinstated, had google-support tickets and case numbers after our account was suspended. The suspension happened after an outside audience wrongly suggested FIREWORKS and we offer TREE TRIMMING & FIREWOOD. This is unjust to remove a business that has been in business since 1988. 0/10. Google took my money in November. I bought two google phones from LAST SEASON (not the newest ones) as gifts for my grandparents who needed a little phone update. It was supposed to be a christmas gift. NO tracking, no order updates, no responses to emails. I finally contacted someone January 4 and they said they would send it and would apply an "appeasement" for their mistake. I asked for a partial refund of $200. They will not respond to my repeated emails or chat requests for follow up and resolution. GOOGLE SUCKS

When launching a G oogle Ad campaign, a certain configuration was not saved correctly and what was supposed to be around $70 per month ended up being over $300 per month, which I did not authorize. Also since they conveniently do not send a bill as they do for all the other services, I did not realize I was being charged over $300 per month until 3 months later. Then, it was impossible to to speak with anyone in billing that spoke English.

This is in regards to Google My Business. I started my cleaning business when covid hit. With really no available funds I saw Google My Business. Well I signed up with them to get my business name out there to get my phone ringing. It worked I started getting calls. Google would send me little things to do, one was to put my business in maps. I have had nothing but trouble with them from the get go recently because of the fact that they will not allow me to have anything on my account. I know that I never had this trouble because they were always more accepting of things I put on my account on different devices but now they are basically being a bunch of dictators and nothing I do seems to make them satisfied at all.
