Purchased 2 phones. Had them for a week because I couldn't get service. It was like having dial up. It was seriously that bad. From January, I received a phone bill for about $100. I have yet to receive a refund for services I'm not using TWO MONTHS LATER. Do yourselves a favor and do not choose google Fi. Seems like something shady is going on. Collecting interest maybe? Even my repair shop says Google phones are horrible. After 1 year and 4 months the top ½ inch of the screen no longer detects my touch. That's where all the menus are so it makes apps that don't flip to landscape - unusable. I even tried a factory reset. Google says my only option is to replace the screen, but the two repair places I went to BOTH told me Google phones are a POS and not worth repairing. The worst customer service! You'd think with all the money they're making they'd at least care about their customers enough to help them use their products optimally, as intended. Instead, when there's a major issue, where you can't gain access to your account for over a year, because of a verification code that keeps getting sent to an old mobile number, they don't try to help. I've tried setting up a Google Ads campaign for a YouTube video and it keeps getting disapproved due to "shocking content". I've even gotten an email saying it was a mistake and then was disapproved again. They said they had a team looking into it and that was almost two weeks ago and then they pushed it back another week. I have no idea what was "shocking" about it so I don't know what to fix. The Google Nest thermostat is a defective device. Works for about a year and stops working then they replace it. After the second one stops working after a year it's out of the two year warranty. Scam unless you think a $250 thermostat should only be good for two years. Many with the same issue.

YOUTUBE took $69.70 out of my personal checking account that was not authorized by me. I did not sign up for this service. The email address used was an old email address for me. It was on Google. I want a full refund asap. I have read many complaints filed against the YouTube Mountain View CAUS making unauthorized from personal checking accounts multiple times.

Very poor customer service from the outset. Very much reminiscent of bait and switch tactics in both the ad programs and in the EXTREME INABILITY to CANCEL SERVICES. The "representative" claimed they would assist in the development of adds, follow up within a few weeks as per were the requests as I was using a voucher for a NPO program. In regards to peoples accounts, Google has the absolute worst processes and policies. If you have an android, you cannot use it without creating a gmail account. it forces you to save your entire life onto the google cloud/drive/gmail/photos then, if you loose your phone, you cannot access anything. Google ads totally ripped me off. I opened a Google ad and was called by Google and pressured into raising my daily dollar limit for "hits" over my objection. Because my product Tidalwoo Ormus is somewhat politically incorrect in that Tidalwoo is everything outside of the television, I was instantly trolled by competition.
