Lately I've been getting messages from Google that the Law requires me to add a phone number to my Google account. Seems silly that they are messaging me on my phone about providing a phone number for the Google account. I went online to find out what law required a phone number for an email account and found out there isn't any. I put my google play money of 40$ on the wrong account when I redeemed a gift card. I contacted customer support to have them move the money to my active account. I was told they wont be able to transfer the credit to my active account because it is a one time courtesy to do this and apparantly I already used my courtesy play balance transfer. **** have owed me $5000 for 10 years (not including interest). **** send copy paste responses when prompted. I reached the front page of youtube and **** claimed I didn't own the rights to the video even though the video was of me talking where on my channel I had hundreds of the same exact content. *********** me if you are able. I'm sure this was all just a happy accident. Thank you.

Google is the worst service and company I have ever dealt with. You can't get anyone on the phone, they always send you emails with no contact information. Anyone that calls you is not from the United States and they have no idea what they are doing. I hope they get sewed so bad that it shuts the organization down. The Federal Trade Commision needs to get involved again and give them the biggest fine they can find. They are constantly under investigation...why? Youtube Music is signing people up to a free trial without their consent and there are no options to cancel the free trial to prevent members from getting charged at the end of the trial. They also do not have a way to contact an individual to resolve this issue

Google Fiber has sent me numerous emails telling me to upgrade my service to increase my speed and stop any issues with my current internet fiber plan I have with them. They basically have sent me emails over the past year saying you need to upgrade to help your internet speed in your home to a much better higher speed plan. I was paying and had been paying $50 per month the new plan was basically $75 a month with fees ends up being $79 a month so i finally gave in and went for the upgrade. Prior to the Pandemic I had basic Internet Service with Google Fiber. The Pandemic force me to work from home. I need to upgrade my Internet speed during that period of time because of the work I was now forced to do from home. I repeatedly questioned my ability to switch back when the faster speeds were no longer necessary. I was assured multiple times that I would be able to go back to the basic service at any time. YouTube has consistently ignored their own rules and regulations. My example this time is YouTube continuing to allowed the content creator "EUGENIA COONEY", who is very clearly anorexic and unwell, to advertise her mental illness and promote that her emaciated size is "healthy and fine". Google keeps telling me the lie that they need my birthdate because the law says so. Google sends phone notifications, pop ups on my PC computer asking for my birthday. They been trying for years to get more personal information to be put on my profile. I dont use gmail email acct so they made up this excuse of trying to keep the law by getting my birthdate. Im complaining and warming everybody about this Google ploy. Thats if its even from Google itself.
