My phone died on Tuesday March 2 at 3pm. Google has me locked out of my account so I cannot even get a new phone. I have attempted account recovery several times. Instead of my back up email it wants to send a verification code, a code that I need to recover access to my google email, to my google email. I have a secondary email that is supposed to be set up and the google email is not supposed to be set up as my recovery email. Not satisfied with the way they have been managing harassment on their Maps review platform. My daughter had a negative experience with a business and left a review of them on that site, to which the business retaliated. There is no option next to the owner's response to report their abusive comments, and after reaching out to Google support directly, they refused to take any action on this issue, simply telling my daughter to take her review down to stop the harassment. My husband is a doctor that has a patient who has become mentally unstable and has decided that since he's not getting what he wants he is seeking to completely destroy his online reputation. I've been telling google to cancel services that I did not make. Some one in my family has access to my credit cards etc. and has put services in my name without my permission. I have been contacting google for months but they are still charging my credit cards and/or PayPal and they will not refund me my cash. Beware, they won't answer calls or emails and sometimes they email you when they want and refuse to answer certain emails that are not in their favor.

I purchased a Google Home Max speaker in Feb. 2018. Exactly 2 years after I got it the unit can still connect to wifi, but the microphone or touch buttons do not function anymore. Calls to Google give me hope as they ask for shipping address. After 2 weeks of non response I contact them only for them to tell me the unit is out of warranty. Customer service confirmed that I cancelled the 7 day free trial for youtube tv after 5 days, but the monthly amount of 64.99 was still taken out of my bank account. It's very hard to get to customer support and they said there is no 800 number to speak with someone directly. I wonder how many times this has happened to other people who may not be aware of the fraudulent charges that are coming out of their bank accounts. Google is a bias political pushing corporation. The have taken away freedom of speech and control what people are able to view. The blocked access tp Paler for no reason but to push liberal agenda. I'm done with google products. Using their products lead to them harassing you for a lifetime. Stay away from google and android.

I used Google Pay for a long while and thought, "Wow! This is awesome!" But then, after about a year of Google collecting my info, my accounts were frozen and I couldn't use my cards anywhere to buy anything. When I contacted support they told me the reason was that they needed a picture ID to prove that I am who I say I am. I needed documentation. When the salesman first showed up, everything sounded great, and I wanted google fiber anyway so I signed up after telling them where we NEEDED the line to go. A week later, the wiring contractor showed up to run the line. We told them that the line MUST go to a certain location, as that is where the office is and I cannot have them on wifi, nor do i want ethernet cables through the house.
