They create a faulty product and cheat you out of your money. Because they can. That is per the email I received from Google "customer service" I would prefer to give a no star rating but that was not possible.
I just changed my company phone number. I am the owner of the company. My company was removed from Google. I am losing clients and money. Contacted a support group, no use. They didn't do anything. They do not clearly explain the reason. They answer with some incomprehensible patterns. They have a very disgusting customer service.

I have tried. But Google nest has no interest in resolving this problem. Defective nest camera. $200. I own 20 nest cameras. So a significant investment. I can't get any cooperation. Still not resolved. I originally contacted google about this issue. The rep took my info. Misspelled my info so the replacement did not arrive. Since then nothing. Chose another security camera company. Google is out of their league. They never should have been allowed to be in this business. DON'T BUY NEST!
I had this issue a few months back when my fiber jack wasn't working properly. After a technician investigated the box, he admitted that the white fiber cable was broken and needed to be replaced. Today, I am having the same issue. I followed the troubleshooter for fixing the internet on Google's website. Nothing worked. Taking action to protect the rating of corrupt stock exchange websites (who are protecting elite hedge funds who earn money by manipulating the stock market everyday) while I cant get a series 3 year old bad rating left by people who I've never met because my customer went crying about her matted dog being shaved on facebook.
Worst customer service ever. They fail the customer in human-based customer service. They do not resolve issues and rather continually transfer you to a "colleague" who can better assist. But the caveat is that nobody ever assists! I will boycott Google. Just because they basically own the internet, doesn't mean we have to be stepped on as a consumer.
My Google On Hub wifi router abruptly stopped working, but it's covered by a 2 year warranty. I reached out to the maker, TP-Link, to make a warranty replacement request. They bounced me to Google Support where I have spent hours on the phone with Marco and in a chat with Claire and Seal.
