Google adsense(which is a service that's supposed to HELP you with advertising and monetization on youtube and the web in general) has ZERO customer support. You CANNOT get in touch with a human being no matter what. I've tried every phone number, email, etc. They only let you ask "the community" for help. What the **** kind of business doesn't offer customer support via a human being? Googles phishing attempts and forced coercion and discrimination against people without the ability to utilize a cellular phone is bigoted and classism and discriminator against those in society that cannot access a cell phone. I would prefer to give less than one star for this company. I forgot my password *** time and completely lost my account. They just had the same questions that lead you to the same conclusion: they couldn't verify that my account was mine. It seems like there is no customer service at all so if you get locked out, you lose everything connected to your account.

I am a content creator on the platform who remains consistent subscribers aren't receiving when uploading to the platform certain videos are being pushed heavier than others. The algorithm is supposed to recognize when subscribers aren't subscribers and remove them so natural growth can take place.

find a different avenue for advertising your business with CPC Google will rob you on a daily basis double your budget voluntarily and you'll probably only get four calls for every 25 clicks and they resolved nothing for you by telling you we don't have control over these matters you can't get anybody to help you there's no customer support

I ordered and fully paid for a phone from Google which was supposed to arrive on September 15th. As of the 28th I have recieved no device, and have been refused a new device or a refund, despite the carrier acknowledging it being lost. Have already been hung up on once trying to resolve this issue, and am repeatedly told to wait another 24-48 hours despite this being 2 weeks behind and being informed of the affect it is having on my business. Terrible products, even worse customer service. My equipment stopped working and I was forced to do online chat for resolution. After more than 40 days, I still haven't gotten anywhere

I contacted Google support about a faulty nest thermostat. After many days of working with the support team they determined that they could not fix the issue and would transfer me to the warranty department. This was 19 days ago now. When I contact the support department they offer no way for me to contact anyone by phone all they say over and over again is be patient. I have not been able to control the temperature in my house for 3 weeks how patient do I need to be. The nest device is only 4 months old as well.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!! I have never had a more terrible, exhausting, frustrating and awful experience with a customer experience than with Google Fiber. There was a huge storm in my area that caused a lot of damage to power, internet, etc. I was without power for 3 days. When my power came back on, my internet was not working.
