This is a criminal enterprise preying on poor people. I was charged $400 for a subscription that i never ordered! Customer service is a joke. I hate google! DO they realize that people are starving during this pandemic and they think it's ok to randomly charge me $400 for one camera??? Go with Ring - a much better company!

You may want to think twice before opening an account with google. Never in my life have I seen such poor customer service, come on Google you guys can do better. I need to access two emails one I forgot my password *** had it linked to an old phone number that is no longer in service. I have important email addresses, files, photos, contacts etc. I am livid over this situation there must be another way to get verified. I downloaded an app from the Bingo play store called Bingo story. Game is great sucks you in immediately. However, if you make any cash purchases on different packages they offer for the game it seems to be that it always freezes up and you lose your money basically. You do not get refunded the money, the points, the boosts, puzzle pieces, tournament rewards, I could go on about the reward factor in this game. what a joke of a customer service dept! Be warned, that if you buy something from Google expect little to no support, and whatever you do, don't rely on them to do ANYTHING to help! I ordered a nest mesh network almost 2 months ago and between Google and UPS they have devised a way to make me waste hours of my time in chats and on the phone to try and get my shipment. Turns out they don't have my name or address, although both were used for my billing and shipping details. I've just been informed they are cancelling my order... read more

Google, Youtube and CNN only support and report to that audience with an IQ of 75 or below. This is the reason for the intense boredom of that network! It's journalists are incapable of understanding what is said in either news clips or interviews and should only try to report statements. This is almost impossible for CNN employees who have an IQ of only 85. In an effort to block out opinions that differ with their 85 IQ opinion, they block comments that try to enlighten them. Youtube, Google, LLC has allowed a complete stranger to post a blog on her youtube channel that violates their own terms and policies of personal identity. I have emailed, mailed, called Youtube, Google, LLC to get my full legal name and that of my minor children (ages- 4,7) off of this person's channel to no avail. I am having problems with their products and they refuse to fix it. They promise to call me back and never do. The problem is my nest Hub keeps rebooting themselves between two in the morning and four in the morning. Customer service tried to blame my socket plugs but we change plugs in both areas .Please google get in touch with me.

Amazing they're skewing search results to favor Chinese views, or I guess, we shouldn't be amazed at all. A search for f China brings up results about isolated and relatively few incidents of racism against Chinese that have occurred over the years; while a search for f America brings up no such results of anti-Americanism and hatred for this country that occur too frequently.
