Stay away. Was excited to get into Fiber when it was first starting, we were wrong. After being a loyal customer for years Google Fiber has decided to do all the possible, to **** us off. Issues: 1) They keep changing the contract and increase the monthly rate (we started with TV and 100 MB plan, paying 150 US$. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with google. I placed an ad with waze, thinking it was a great opportunity to build my clientele. Things started out great until I linked my waze ads account to my Facebook account. After I linked both accounts together I was locked out from my waze ads account. Google decided to temporarily block my account when I used a valid google play gift card. It took me a lot of work on the phone, e-mail, and more in order to get my google account unblocked. Because of the block I missed out on game events that I can never participate in again. Support was not helpful, rude, and consistently sent me the wrong information. I highly advise you stay away from this business.

YouTube TV recently declared they do not care about their consumers. In a recent dispute with Sinclair, they decided to settle to allow some markets to resume broadcasting local sports (fox sports local channels) while taking it away from others. They continue in calls and chats to say that this was a Sinclair decision, but negotiations imply a two way street. Google makes android phones cheap you know. Cheaper than iphones. They get extra stars for that. Google ads had bugs in the past, I was lied to by their customer support about that and wasted 8 years. Do I get simple compensation for my 8 years? You other 1 star reviewers give Google too less credit for what they did.

It started out as a simple cell phone order for 413.27 they charged me twice for the same phone that they never shipped out then when i called them on it they said it was supposed to clear itself out here we are 24 hours later they cancelled the order refunded 413.26 but are still charging me for a phone they cancelled... On top of that they claimed the reason was no stock but they posted the same phone for $100 more from the same company... I have photos available upon request to prove all of this.

Been a long-standing gmailer since beta back in the early 2000s and have never had an issue. I was trying to be proactive and change my password ***** I was notified my account was compromised on the dark web. Changed my password, added secure protection with my hotmail account and BAM!!!!! Account locked in security hold **** now for absolutely no valid reason - provided my security answer, phone number, but still they locked my account. I don't have a YouTube TV account yet they've been charging me for four months at 49.99$ each charge. I've been emailing them and they all of a sudden stopped once I sent screen shots of my CC statements showing they were charging me. Before that they were stating they couldn't find any transactions with my CC number associated with it. Once I showed them the evidence I stopped receiving emails and of course you can't get ahold of a real person through the customer lines. STAY away from google and YouTube tv !!!
