I had purchased a cheap phone through google (the motorola g6) as a work phone to stay connected to my family while I travel overseas (which is quite often, normally.) I had not used the phone in some time, to the tune of a few months, due to an injury preventing me from travel. I ordered items on November 28th from the Google Play store. Only 1 of the 3 items arrived. I have been trying to get a replacement item for three weeks now. They make you talk to the very first person who opened your case... And you can only talk to them through email. Well, they stopped responding to their emails a week ago. Shadow banning review of companies. You leave a review. You think others can see it. And if Google knows it's you, then you'll see it. But if it's someone else, your review will not be seen. You will not know you have been shadow banned.

I have Google Fiber internet service and it sucks. It's always disconnecting. I am in the middle of watching a show & then the internet disconnects. Techs have come out, but they don't really know how to fix the problem.

Greedy, Mafia style marketing, if you don't pay them you won't get scene minimum $2000 a week marketing budget and for a SMALL BUSINESS That is impossible and they know it Google don't care about small businesses, my phone hasn't been ringing for 3 weeks now and I have over 2,000 views a day!, nope that's not right, something is definitely WRONG!

I purchased a pixel 3a XL phone from store.google.com in 19th may 2019. On 10 September, I had some issues with the phone's headphone jack(no sound in earphones). So I called the pixel ******* and as the phone was less than 6 months old and was under warranty they told me to bring the phone to UbreakIfix store in Rochester, NY. One start is too much for how Google treats Small Business! They are displaying false information about my business and refuse to remove it from their content. BOOGLE!!!! Seriously, how many people at your less than adequate ******* team do I have to speak with before someone will remove a menu link on Google's Mobile Search? DO YOU NOT CARE ABOUT SMALL BUSINESS? Guess not! 3 Months Later........ NOTHING!!!

Google Play: I was victim to an email spoof that appeared to be legitimate from my employer. After buying two Google Play cards totaling $400 the fraudster requested that I send pictures of the PIN on the back of the cards. Immediately I called my employer and found out that the emails were not legit. - Walmart refused to refund the unused cards citing "Non-Refundable" - Google Play stated that I could transfer to friends or put the funds on my Google Play account. This company changes your phone settings without your permission to get your information that you don't wish to share. Also it forced you to agree for them to install apps without your permission ( or you won't able to use the phone you already paid ) so they can install apps to get your information that you don't want to share. Don't buy this underhanded company's products.
