lost credits i earned from google rewards without getting email or message. Tried multiple times to tell them, that they should let us know somehow, but they don't listen via chat. I lost more than $15 worth of credits and all I get is a non-existent ******** service response. can't even get the issue escalated. It is so embarassing that google has so low score ******** experience. I wasted my time to shape google into having better products/service by giving them surveys, and all I get is really poor ******** service feedba... read more

I don't know why Google has not taken action to stop fraudulent actors, such as Google Leads Services, from its malware induced add "services" it sells. Google Leads Services is harmful tot he public, and does so using he name of Google. For this reason copyright and trademark law would allow Google to take legal action to stop the company from doing this in the name of Google.

BUYER BEWARE!! GOOGLE DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR GOOGLE PLAY GIFT CARDS!! I bought my CHILD a Google Play gift card for her birthday and she accidentally scratched the silver bar code off WAY too much (she's a CHILD..) and we emailed and called about the issue and they REFUSE to give her the credit that was my money!! APPARENTLY out of all the numbers and barcodes on those stupid gift cards they still can't help you and WILL NOT give you your money back or the credit that it was supposed to be. Straight Robbery. I used Google Fi for nearly 2 years and was quite pleased with coverage, ******** service, and overall quality of their system. I was able to manage basically everything related to the account online myself including cancellation painlessly which is much better than I can say for other wireless carriers. Unfortunately i needed better rural coverage so I had to switch elsewhere but I will be back to Google Fi given the opportunity.

Google Fi has the world's worst ******** service it's basically non existent. I have had an on going issue and cannot get it resolved. I have changed carriers, but yet they are still charging me for a service I no longer have . It is impossible to cancel and I cannot get them to help. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card and then cancel the credit card . It truly has been a nightmare. I hope they get in trouble for this because they really should.

I flagged a calendar invite that keeps spamming me. I first tried to decline for a couple days but they kept sending me repeated invites. I finally flagged it in my Google Calendar and I get an automated response from Google saying, "Hi, Thanks for flagging that some or something is not, in face, inappropriate." What a stupid passive-aggressive automated response for something that is clearly a spam bot sending me calendar invites. What a trash company.

Bought a Google gift card and doesn't redeem. Provided proof of identity, sent receipts, utility bill, EVERYTHING, yet still Google has not fixed this. It's been 3 weeks and I was told it would be up to 72 hrs. They won't refund me even though they admit they are having issues with gift cards. They are in the wrong yet they won't re-issue or fix my $100 gift card? This has to be illegal.

******** service was easy to get in touch with. They walked me through troubleshooting an issue with my thermostat unit and then when we determined it was a faulty chip causing it to not connect to WiFi anymore, they sent me a replacement within a week and a return label to send back my faulty one. A+

Charged back 1000 dollars of unauthorized purchases and didn't make developer give back items. Scam artists.
