I love Google. Great Company. The tools they provide simplify my personal and business needs.
Well, I loved them, until I was refused a refund on a video game in-game purchase where I paid to get ahead, lost access to the game, and after some time, I was able to access the game but what was the point? The amount of time I paid to get ahead was gone. So I am upset about this and reluctant to ever make another purchase. You should be wary too. We should make a seems like they're in the business of ripping people of money and not making it right. Like a giant scam.
What would be a suggest for a ******** who's account was logged into fraudulently with their previous number further added a two step verification which won't allow the ******** to recover their account? What can be done if customers go to go/recover and download the Google authenticator and then trying to access back up codes with no luck to lastly call ******** service. what does this company have in place to further protect customers security in situations like this? Their Google AdWords service is extremely sketchy. I've worked with this tool for over 10 years and it just gets worse and worse. They regularly change the rules as to how they spend ******** budgets (most times without even informing the ******** and always for their benefit). To quote Google "To help you hit your advertising goals, your campaigns can now spend up to twice your average daily budget." Google Fi has billed me three times for $26.41, $21.86, and $26.30 for services it never provided to me and is refusing to correct their billing error and refunding me for the bills they erroneously sent out. Google Fi ******** ******* acknowledged the problem as a mistake but has refused to subsequently refund these bills.
Google Fiber stated my account would be cancel Oct, 22 if balance wasn't paid. However I received an email saying June 30th. I called to pay balance to have service restored and, I was told they wouldn't restore services. Google ******** Service needs some improvement.
