i asked for my information to be removed from google. They have people from the united stats calling out side the USA. The keeping people person credit cards on fill and hang up in your face. They will not let you speak to anyone.

I have had Google Fiber for at least a month, and I am already complaining. After a week, I noticed unusual activity. I used a google account to set-up my service but while using the internet I accessed my "hotmail account". In doing so, someone changed my settings on the account which forced me to access my settings by making changes. I am unable to receive emails in my "hotmail account" that I have had for years. Google listed by business without my consent. Showed a pic of the driveway of a house w/garbage cans-stated my office was permanently closed-bottom line I had to purchase business contract in order to errors or ask for full removal, which would have further damaged my business. Google rep told me Google required they troll website to add to their listing so show they were very active.Then Google calls you, if you don't respond to the call as it is robotic they then state your business is permanently closed. I was recently FORCED by GOOGLE to purchase a new cell phone because Google literally LOCKED ME OUT of my other phone after a factory reset. They would not permit me to log back in to my phone - even though I could log into my Google email account via my laptop. In searching online, it appears that HUNDREDS of other consumers have experienced the same thing. The Google 1-800 number is using Covid as an excuse for ZERO support service. Created an order with the Google Store which was advertising in huge banner overtop of the website free 2-day shipping. Was needing a replacement part ASAP for my nest thermostat, I entered the promotion code and the shipping was not automatically changed, so I had to change it to the faster priority shipping which was now showing a free price. Google Pay does not work as intended. I purchased an add-on from a game and I was charged twice. I formally filed a dispute on Google and I was informed that I would not receive a refund when it was clear that it was a double charge for the same transaction. The merchant even acknowledged that it was the same charge twice, yet Google did not. In my BUSY schedule, I had to then contact my bank to dispute the double charge for the SAME transaction. I paid to take an online google certification and in the middle of my certification the server gave an error message and I was not able to continue onto the next portion of the exam, losing my money and failing the test. I tried calling google and they claim "due to covid they cannot take any phone calls." I found another number on their Facebook and it took me to a google support center. My payment profile was suspended for some reason. The Google representative over the phone said this was a billing matter, was unable to connect me to billing department and was unable to give information what was the exact reason for the suspension. I've been using the same credit card for a long time for my recurring payments and nothing is wrong with the card. I enrolled in a one-month free trial of YouTube premium but cancelled it - as I was allowed to do - before the trial ended. Nevertheless, I was charged for the following month, despite receiving a cancellation confirmation.
