Get directionsThe nurse practitioner, Tracy Parker went above and beyond to help me! She got the OR team and engineers to help me after she tried herself to get my ring off. She was kind and patient and genuinely cared. The best ER ever and I will never go anywhere else!!!!
We delivered our son here on 11/27, and we were blown away with the nurses and doctors. It felt like home. All of the nurses in labor and delivery felt like friends I've had for years, and our baby was in the NICU for a couple days and there, too it was so homey and the bedside manor continued. In labor and delivery, we were exceptionally happy with Lora-lane (if I'm spelling that correctly,) And Kiercestan. Both had confidence and passion that made me more relaxed while they were around. many thanks to Dr. Jerome McDonald and the entire open heart and CSICU team at Capital Regional Medical Center. Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end and they took excellent care of my Daddy!
The first thing would be to have a separate waiting area for injured people who are well and don't have any covid symptoms. I brought my son in who had a hockey injury and we waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hours with about 8 other people who were coughing constantly. One patient was walking around without her mask and another person was lying on the floor coughing, sweating, moaning and struggling to breathe. The 2 staff members did not notice these things because they were busy playing on their cell phones. I menti... read more

I’ve been to this facility several times. This last time was rather urgent and the took fabulous and professional care of me. If you have an emergency, I highly recommend this ER.

December 5th, 2016, I had a natural birth with no epidural!! I was so happy I had her at 1:31 am and left around 8pm that same day!! I had Tessa quick, easy and fast!! Thank you to Dr. Doughty and Dr. Sherman!!!
