While we are in the midst of a pandemic, I totally understand but the lack of concern related to a loved one’s family is terrible. My husband was admitted through the ER with a scheduled surgery the following day. The ER doctor was very inpatient as if we were an inconvenience for him and his bedside manner was terrible including his language. Your PCU nursing team is a horrible example of what nursing should be. A failure on a level I’m not sure is even legal. That’s your PCU! God help the rest of your patients if THIS is your best. I’m here now but being released tomorrow and you can expect a nice little write up on my experience. I notated and documented everything. I’ll never return to this hospital. Pitiful.
One of the worse hospitals!!!!! Gave my husband a Rx for a medication that had pcn. After he told them several times he was allergic to it. The pharmacist than called and even questioned it (because husband wasn’t feeling good ). And they told the pharmacist there only a little pcn Tell husband just take Benadryl with it. Are u kidding me ??? What if Benadryl wasn’t strong enough to help him ??? With all the other antibiotics, you give him the 1 he is allergic to??? Idiots !!! Lawsuit waiting to happen here.

Nice staff whose goal is to be happily right at your side helping you to recover and get well. First hospital where the staff make you feel like you are a pleasure to assist and not a burden. AMAZING rooms and very caring and knowledgeable staff. Can’t say enough great things!
I went today because I woke up w horrible chest pain. I tested positive for covid 15 days ago. Chest pain is the only symptom I still have. They told me I shouldn’t have come in and that I “looked” fine before even treating me. They threw my paperwork on my bed and told me my chest cavity is swollen from coughing even tho I NEVER had a cough. And told me to leave the way I came in. I will never ever go back. Def don’t go if u have any covid issues. They treat u like u are not human.

My mother is still in the Hospital and the Dr did not show up yesterday! No one knows anything and you can not get any answer about her care or plan! I am currently in Quarantine but will come down to the hospital if I have to! The IV site looks nasty and no one has cleaned her up! This is unacceptable! She is in room 730! I do intend to file a formal complaint
