Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

Yesterday was my first time in the gym, took couple of classes, also did some weights. Great place, energy feeling there is great. Color is good. Set up is so much better then other gyms. YES, I found my gym
There are little things that need improving but overall, it's the best gym I've gone to and I've gone to a LOT. Biggest annoyance is that the weights are ALWAYS out of order on the racks. Obviously, that's not the staff's problem but they could easily have one of the staff on duty walk around and rearrange them every hour or so. Biggest pro is that everyone parks their motorcycle on the sidewalk whereas at older gyms, they always got mad at me for that lol
Feeling disappointed in Gold's. The facility is nice. The instructors seem capable. However, the kids club is constantly full because classes are so tightly stacked. They fired a great yoga instructor. They don't always deliver on their promises. It's a good financial value, but I'm honestly exploring other options.
Don't join the gym if you want to bring your kids to kids club on M,W,F mornings. I have had to wait sometimes 45 minutes to work out!! I love Zumba and the gym, but they need to figure this out!
In all honesty this place had a rough start with management, systems and operations. We have pretty much an entirely new staff (including me) and are doing everything to change the direction of our sails that guide this ship. I have loved this company for years upon years and we are striving to provide the best level of customer service around. I believe in this company, work hard for this company and love this company. Very disappointed! This has been an ongoing problem. I always have to wait for my child to get in the daycare, today top it off!!!! More than 30 min. Meridian gold's is getting paid by many moms every month for a service they don't provide! NOT GOOD
This is my second home. Staff is great and very welcoming. The people there are so amazing and very helpful. A 5 star plus in my book
