Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

Beautiful facility!
I have always loved Gold's Gym! SO glad that we have one back in Meridian!
Its a great place to be on a weekend morning. Still smells new and equipment is awsome. If your in a contract some where you will save money here even after your buy out. 9.95 month to month. Best deal in town.
Great equipment, music, and atmosphere

I was a member since the early 90's until axiom bought them out. As soon as I heard they were coming back , I has to get a membership . Thanks for coming back, I've missed you!!!!
This gym is set up great. Very open and user friendly. And the child are is super clean and the staff actually plays with the kids.
Love this place....The BEST!
