Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

No contract, they said. It's easy to cancel, they said. Don't worry, you'll get a reminder before that $39 annual equipment fee comes out, they said. Simply stated, they lied. When we tried to follow their instructions to cancel (given over the phone and in person) we got no response whatsoever. When we went back inside, they gave us a number to call the gym in Richland, WA, which gets no answer at all, just 30 seconds of dead air, then it hangs up. Considering I drive from Emmett at 4:30 in the morning it is quite the slap in the face when you're told to have a nice drive home because the person opening didn't have a key. Isn't there a manager or back up person on duty for that. Very disappointing.
For the price, I think this gym is great. The price is even a better deal if you have kids. It has a decent variety of equipment, it's usually not too crowded (at least when I go), and it's new and clean. I've gotten in much better shape since joining and I've been able to try several new things I'd never done before.
Love the day care and the gym!
Was very disappointed this afternoon when I needed to downgrade to the $10/mo membership and was going to be charged a $50 downgrade fee when I was told I could change my membership if needed for free when I signed up. Not only that, but when I said I might as well close my membership for free rather than pay an outrageous fee to downgrade, the girl just said "Ok! Here's where you go to fill out the paperwork..." and made NO effort to keep me as a customer. This felt like very poor customer service and encouraged my desire t... read more
We arrived to the gym this monday morning at 9:30am and had to wait 60 minutes to check in one child in the child care center. Kids Club was over capacity with 9 children waiting ahead of us. We would love to see more staffing in child care on Monday mornings. An hour wait is ridiculous.
I love this gym the only gym i went to the people that work there are very nice and helpful.its been great working out at golds gym

I love the classes here! Josh and Terin are both amazing and skilled instructors. I love how I feel after their classes. I used to dread going to the gym but I seriously look forward to it now! I would recommend their classes to anyone wanting to get whipped into shape. Thanks you guys! See you tomorrow :)
