Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

Wonderful gym with a wide variety of equipment available, and amazing staff! Good atmosphere, and the facility is kept very clean. The classes offered are a lot of fun too!
I needed to get 'kick started' to become more active, lose weight, add strengthening exercises and improve my balance. I joined Gold's Gym in May and worked with Jason 3 days a week. Jason listened to my physical limitations and developed a calorie and exercise plan for me. Jason is absolutely dependable and motivates me to want to do better. JD is awesome and worked hard to make sure I was setup.
JD hooked us up! He's great. The gym is always clean and there's a lot of equipment to choose from.
I just got my membership today. I compared several gyms before making my decision to go with Gold's. The price was the best and it was nice that tanning was included in the VIP membership that I chose. While I can't base my review off of months of working out at the facility, I can say the staff was very friendly and nice and gave me an overall good first impression. I did NOT feel like I was being given a shady sales pitch when going over all of the costs/ fees. Also the raffle was is a fun incentive to join.
My husband and I were members at Axiom but met with JD after we had some friends tell us about Gold's. JD was super friendly as was all the staff so we joined the same day we were given the tour.
Its the best gym in town I love the staff and I love the instructors they keep me motivated keep me going
It's a great place to work out. The equipment is top of the line and the staff is friendly,especially J.D who had always been professional and helpful.
Love the body pump class with Jamie great customer service and love the atmosphere :)
