Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

We were visiting from out of town. We are Golds Gym members. Customer service was so great on Saturday! The 3 staff members welcomed us, chatted with us and made us feel right at our home gym! The guy working Sunday morning was the complete opposite and the only reason I didn't rate a perfect 5 star. He kept questioning us, was rude and his customer service sucked. Great gym otherwise!! Hopefully you deal with one of the awesome staff members from Saturday morning!!
Great gym and staff! I’ve been going here for over 2 years
I've been working out here for the past few months since we moved to the area. Their kids club seems to be clean and well managed. They also take care of their equipment and overall keep the facility clean. My favorite part is the group classes though. Body Jam is especially so much fun!
Love Gold's! Friendly staff and well maintained equipment. I love the open atmosphere and big windows. Some of the other gyms locally seem like dark warehouses but not Golds Gym. It has a tall spacious ceiling and I never feel crowded. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Best gym ever! Been coming here since it opened and have had no complaints. Great service and always clean.
I love Golds group fitness classes! The new Barre class is amazing! You will love the classes too! Come try!
