Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

Hey everyone I wanted to come on here and not only give a shout out to all the employees but I wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Chris who is the controller for this branch. A few months ago he helped me with account issues and worked tirelessly helping me to get it resolved because I was having issues with my credit. I found out today at about 9am that a collection company completely screwed up and knocked my credit score down by 74 points that stated it was for Gold’s gym. Not recommending at this point in time. Management is not keeping up with machine maintenance. Machine not working at all or machine don’t have network connectivity. I’ll keep going but corporate should come down and see why broken machines are just sitting doing nothing. Get the machine off the floor if you have no plan on repairing. You could then spread the machines out some.
The aerobics room is big and stayed nice and cool during our Oula class.
